If Bevail Pro isn't working out, email support@bevail.com within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to monthly, annual, and team plans.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally not refundable, but if a renewal charged when you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal (linked from your receipt emails) or by emailing support. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated.
