Billing questions
What counts toward the Pro quota?
Each Pro action — a streamed transcription segment or an AI polish — uses units from a generous monthly allowance (5,000 units) that resets every billing cycle. Typical daily dictation use stays well within it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; Pro stays active through the end of the period you've paid for.
How does the license work?
After checkout you get a license key (BEVAIL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). The Mac app picks it up automatically after purchase, or you can paste it in Settings → Account.
What does Team pricing include?
Team is $8 per seat per month with a 3-seat minimum. You can adjust seat count at checkout and each teammate gets full Pro features.
Do you offer refunds?
